He believes Connected breathing can heal the nervous system and re-pattern how one breathes and therefore thinks, feels, and shows up in life with more capacity, care, resilience, and presence.

Sara’s work with her clients is a vehicle to re-evoke an embodied truth, playfulness, sincerity and love on an individual and global level. Sara combines cognitive insights & clarity with somatic healing. Individuals engage Sara for the expansive mind and heart-opening awareness she brings into the sessions.
She specializes in Conscious Connected Breathing focused on Nervous System re-regulation and emotional balancing, facilitating a process of accessing parts of the mind & body that are not easily accessible through traditional therapy.

The treatment is adapted specifically for you: the presence and skills of a practitioner are with you breath by breath, pattern by pattern. When our body and nervous system receive this kind of support, we often can drop deeper into our experience. Some content and processes can only surface when our nervous system is fully supported.
Each session is 2 hours and will offer the experience of:

About the technique
FBR is a bodywork technique that supports releases & shifts of tension in particular parts of the body whilst consciously breathing. These sessions are the doorway to the subconscious mind, releasing, letting go and integrating content that is not easily accessible through traditional therapy.
This breathing technique works with natural energy and is therefore not forced. This technique truly honors the nervous system and allows the nervous system to return to its natural way of operating and functioning.
